The Dwellings

Hands down the best place we stayed on our big 5 tour of Utah Parks. Accomodations are super clean and comfortable. Great private outdoor space with comfy seating and looking over the mountains and river. Nice coffee shop and pizza joint right next door. Also a full kitchen and a grocery a minute away to prepare for your park day. It's a 30 minute drive to Zion, but honestly the drive was a highlight of my day. You can remove yourself from the hustle and high prices of Springdale. You get to enjoy a beautiful drive there, do your things and retreat to somewhere a little less crowded. If I'm fortunate enough to come back to this beautiful area, this is 100 percent where I'll stay again.

Omg this is the cutest tiny home! It's about a 25-30 minute drive to Zion which was perfect for us because it was affordable and the drive up is so pretty. Our group fit perfectly in unit #8 which offers 2 bedrooms, 4 twin beds and 1 full/queen bed. I dislike staying at hotels because most of the time they are dirty but this place was beyond clean and I was so comfortable the entire stay. They have all the basics available for use which was perfect for those who forget to pack necessities. The view is the cherry on top because it is insane! Would definitely come back!

We stayed two nights here during our travel to the national parks. The Incredible View room was nicely appointed and contemporary in construct. The kitchenette functions very well and fully stocked with silverware and dishes. The bed and linen good enough. And the bathroom was spacious and well lit. The water pressure was a bit challenging but I was surprised to find good quality towels and plenty of them as well. If anything for improvement I would suggest adding a dimmer in the soffit lights as they are very very bright. And maybe a small stand in the bathroom for laying out the makeup stuff. Service is a bit less than satisfactory. We didn't get housekeeping to clean the room and by the time we got back late afternoon it was too late. Apparently we were suppose to request service. We'll, if only we knew during checkin process. The owner was also visibly not happy that we didn't book directly (we booked through Citi travel portal paying the same price as direct booking) and it showed in his interaction with us. The location of the Dwellings is perfect. It is walking distance to the amazing River rock roasting. That is a buzzing and busy eatery with some good food. Its quiche was simply the best!!

Great setup for our family of seven. Traveled with extended family and were able to have our own stand alone units for a reasonable price. Kitchenette and proximity of grocery stores was a huge plus for our budget. We had such a nice time that we ended up staying an additional night rather than head back to Vegas for our last night. Highly recommended.

The most perfect place to stay especially while visiting Zion and Bryce. Is conveniently located just miles from Zion. It’s a literal straight shot. We stayed at 18 and the view was amazing, couldn’t hear the traffic, was very secluded! We also loved how it comes with access to a pool, washer, dryer, and home appliances that are usually a must! I would highly recommend this to anyone who wants to stay around not only for the views but the prices with the luxury!

We stayed at The Dwellings near Zion for two nights in September 2025, and it was by far the best place we stayed on our three-week US trip. We wanted for nothing, everything had been thought of. The bed was big and comfy, the place was spotless, modern, and well designed, and all the little touches made our stay so easy. The shower was the best we had at any of our stays in the US. It’s very conveniently located for Zion, about a 25-minute drive, with places to eat and a large grocery store/fuel nearby (literally a minute drive). We also used the laundry facilities, which were cheap and clean. The TV is equipped with Netflix, perfect after a long day of hiking. Best of all was the view from our personal deck, watching the sunset with a beer after a day in the National Park was just perfect. We’ll definitely recommend this place to friends! Thanks again.

Welcome to La Verkin! This vacation rental is really cute and a different. It sits right on the edge of a cliff with views of the mountains (with snow) and is totally private. Unit 18 is literally called THE EDGE. Beutiful room with coffee and amenities. Unlimited hot water and beautiful shower. The Zion got springs is 2 minutes away with 34 hot pools for mineral soaking. It has a cafe too.

My wife and I enjoyed the great beauty The Dwellings had to offer! Checkin was seamless, and the owners were of great help and told us a few great places to checkout. The rooms were very clean and the modern vibe of the rooms was great! Would recommend to anyone that is looking for a place to stay that is very well within reason.
